Ken" We received samples of De Miel honey and began taste-testing them at home. Peggy treated herself to hot buttered whole wheat toast every morning, liberally drizzled with the multifloral honey. What a way to start the day! Next we tried the monofloral, which was different but just as delicious. We knew we had to have this good stuff for our customers and immediately ordered it in. Note: After a while, this honey often crystalizes, as it is untreated. Sometimes it arrives already crystalizing. We eat it that way, too, and we think it's yummy with a little more texture.
